Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a temperature-controllable fine processing device and a temperature-controllable fine processing method for aiming at an end surface of a plastic scintillating fiber. The device is composed of a temperature-controllable heating and cutting device and a subsequent grinding device. The temperature-controllable heating and cutting device comprises a temperature-controllable heater, a blade rest and a base. The subsequent grinding device comprises the plastic scintillating fiber, a fiber adapter, a fiber grinding device, fiber grinding fiber and fiber grinding lubricant. The temperature-controllable heater performs temperature controlling on the blade rest and the base. A blade is mounted on the blade rest. The blade rest and the base are combined in a chopper shape through a pin. The plastic scintillating fiber is cut and then end surface flatness of the plastic scintillating fiber is further improved through the subsequent grinding device.
