A closed-loop communication circuit is formed through the two close-range high-speed wireless communication technologies of visible light communication and infrared communication. The problem that the number of nodes of an RS-485 bus in a tunnel lighting control mode is excessively small for the reasons of drive capability limitation, cable losses and the like can be solved, and the work of manually presetting address codes is further omitted. The communication control method is easy and convenient to operate and low in cost. Data can be uploaded to a remote management platform through a master controller, and the lighting effect can be adjusted automatically according to the brightness outside a tunnel.
