Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to an anti-sagging single-component polyurea coating and a preparation method thereof. An anti-sagging agent of the polyurea coating is hyperbranched polyurea formed by a reaction on hyperbranched polyethyleneimine and a mono-isocyanate blocking prepolymer, wherein the molecular structure of the hyperbranched polyethyleneimine contains 10-30 nitrogen atoms; the mono-isocyanate blocking prepolymer is obtained by performing a reaction on a diisocyanate monomer and a monohydric alcohol with 3-12 carbon atoms. The anti-sagging single-component polyurea coating provided by the invention is simple in production process, high in production efficiency, convenient for construction and suitable for protective engineering of vertical faces, slopes and planes.
本发明涉及种抗流挂单组份聚脲涂料及其制备方法,聚脲涂料的抗流挂剂为超支化聚乙烯亚胺与单异氰酸酯封端预聚体反应形成的超支化聚脲,其中超支化聚乙烯亚胺的分子结构中含有的氮原子数为10~30,所述单异氰酸酯封端预聚体由二异氰酸酯单体与碳原子数为3~12的元醇反应得到。本发明的抗流挂单组份聚脲涂料的生产工艺简单,生产效率高,施工方便,适合用在立面、斜坡面和平面的防护工程。 |
