The formula of the product comprises 75-80 parts of PVC resin, 1-2 parts of a plasticizer, 1-2 parts of glycerin (C3H5(OH)3), 5 parts of a toner, 7-8 parts of a lubricant and 5-8 parts of a filling agent; carbon black is ordinary color carbon black; PVC resin is a powdery raw material; the plasticizer is DBP (dibutyl phthalate). According to the formula used for enhancing the low-temperature resistance of the PVC pipe, the low-temperature resistance of a drip irrigation belt is improved by adding C3H5(OH)3 to prevent the PVC pipe from frost cracking in the low-temperature environment.
