The plant extract liquid is prepared from the following plant raw materials in parts by weight: 13-17 parts of loquat leaves, 8-12 parts of mulberry leaves, 18-22 parts of radix platycodonis, 7.5-9.5 parts of herba lophatheri, 6.5-8.5 parts of Chinese olives, 8-12 parts of licorice, 13-17 parts of radix polygonati officinalis, 8-12 parts of bulbus lilii and 3-5 parts of smoked plums. The present invention also further discloses a preparation method of the plant extract liquid and a drink blended by using the plant extract liquid as a basis. The extract liquid combines the characteristics of the nine flower and herb plants, is soft in flavor, has herbal characteristic tastes, is fresh in mouthfeel and clean in aftertaste, quenches thirst, and is golden in color.
