System and method for the remote control of the shared access to one or more items

A system and a method are disclosed for remotely controlling the access of at least one user (300) to one or more properties (400) belonging to an owner (600) in order to share the properties (400). The system comprises at least one electric interface device (200) connected to controlling and/or servoassisting means (402) associated with one property (400) and configured to perform at least one electric, electromechanical and/or optical interaction with the property (400). Each electric interface device (200) is remotely connected to a mainframe (500) via a longdistance communication line. The identification data of the user (300), the property (400) to be shared and the allowed interactions with each electric interface device (200) associated with the property (400), are stored in the memory (501) of the mainframe (500).
