The method comprises the following steps: corresponding countermeasure plan execution steps uploaded by the National Electric Power Dispatching and Communication Center and/or all provincial electric power dispatching and communication centers are received via a three area dispatching and management system, and the received corresponding countermeasure plan execution steps are gathered; files of preset file types generated by the three area dispatching and management system according to the gathered countermeasure plan execution steps are received; the files of the preset file types are parsed, and complete files of the preset file types are generated according to file information obtained via parsing operation and currently monitored extra high voltage direct current fault monitoring information; the complete files are sent to fault coprocessing systems of all the provincial electric power dispatching and
