The shock absorption spring is arranged between the upper seat body and the lower seat body. A first limiting plate is arranged on the lower edge portion of the upper seat body. A second limiting plate is arranged on the upper edge portion of the lower seat body. The first limiting plate is embedded into the inner side face of the second limiting plate. The hydraulic rod is arranged above the upper seat body. An auxiliary seat body is arranged on the top of the hydraulic rod. The connecting seat is arranged at the bottom of the lower seat body.
