Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a mechanical cutting fluid and a preparation method thereof, wherein the mechanical cutting fluid is prepared from the following components by weight: 10-15 parts of oleic acid, 8-11 parts of rosin, 4-8 parts of emulsifier, 11-13 parts of a sodium hydroxide aqueous solution, 5-9 parts of disodium hydrogen phosphate, 6-12 parts of sodium petroleum sulfonate, 3-7 parts of chlorinated paraffin, 4-9 parts of lead naphthenate, 8-13 parts of triethanolamine oleic acid soap, and 20-50 parts of engine oil.
