A capacitive three-dimensional detection module is provided, the capacitive three-dimensional detection module comprises a capacitive touch sensor, a piezoelectric pressure sensor and a capacitive three-dimensional controller integrated on a chip, the capacitive touch sensor comprises a plurality of touch units, the piezoelectric pressure sensor comprises at least one pressure sensing unit, the detection method comprises the following steps: S1, detecting a touch signal of the plurality of touch units in a mutual capacitance manner to determine the position of a touch point; and S2, detecting a pressure signal of the at least one pressure sensing unit in a self capacitance manner to determine the size of a pressing pressure, wherein the touch signal and the pressure signal are calculated by the capacitive three-dimensional controller. The capacitance detection method is simple and good in practicability.
