The metal surface microporous treatment method comprises the following steps: (1) forming a porous resin layer on the surface of a metal substrate machining area and forming a protective layer on the surface of a non-machining area, so as to obtain a metal substrate S1 of which the surface is coated with the porous resin layer and the protective layer; and (2) subjecting the metal substrate S1 to anodic oxidation and chemical corrosion, so as to form micropores in the surface of the metal substrate machining area and obtain a metal substrate S2 provided with the micropores.
