Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an in-situ mold washing glue. The in-situ mold washing glue comprises the following components: 100 mass part of unvulcanized rubber, 30-60 mass parts of a strengthening agent, 20-40 mass parts of a cleaning compound, 10-15 mass parts of a pigment, 3-5 mass parts of a vulcanizing agent, 3-5 mass parts of zinc oxide, and 1-3 mass parts of stearic acid. A method comprises the followings steps: a certain mass part of EPDM is frequently thinned on an open mill, zinc oxide, stearic acid, the strengthening agent, the cleaning compound, titanium dioxide and the vulcanizing agent with mass part are added in order, the materials are uniformly mixed at the temperature of 70-80 DEG C, and then a mixture is flattened and folded 5-6 times for batching off to obtain the mold washing glue. When the mold washing glue is used for cleaning, dismounting of the mold is not required, onsite cleaning is carried out, time and cost are saved, precision and fineness on the surface of the mold are not influence |
