The technology includes the steps that low-melting-point alloy is subjected to low-pressure casting, and a fusibility mold core is obtained to serve as a mandrel; the prepreg or fabric is laid on the outer surface of the mandrel of the fusibility mold core to be made into a prefabricated part; and after the mandrel with the prefabricated part and an outer mold body of a workpiece mold are subjected to die assembly solidification, a composite material grating workpiece with the fusibility low-melting-point alloy mandrel is placed into a drying box, and accordingly a qualified composite material grating is obtained after fusion.
