Management method and management module for background application

Embodiments of the invention disclose a management method and a management module for a background application and relate to the field of terminal control for reducing the waste of the background application with the low utilization rate about system resources. Compared with the prior art, the number of the background applications is reduced, the standby duration is prolonged and the system lag is relieved and even avoided.
