The method is characterized by, in a feedback mode, through first Chirp_z transformation, roughly estimating f0 and obtaining new resolution and bandwidth; carrying out second transformation according to parameters obtained through the first transformation to obtain new f0 and energy; and placing the original f0 by the new f0 obtained each time, such that frequency estimation and energy estimation precision is improved, and f0 can be tracked.
