Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a bioluminescence detection kit of human carboxylesterase 1 as well as a use method and application of the bioluminescence detection kit. The kit comprises a liquid A, a liquid B, a liquid C and a quality control standard substance, wherein the liquid A is 100mM of phosphate buffer liquid with pH of 5.5-10, preferably, the buffer system with pH of 6.5; the liquid B is 0.1-10mM of specificity bioprobe substrate liquid containing the human carboxylesterase 1, and a solvent is dimethyl sulfoxide; the liquid C is a fluorescein detection reagent; the quality control standard substance is 5mg/ml of the phosphate liquid of hCE1 with pH of 6.5.
