Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a spectrum analysis and calibration method of trace nitrogen in steel. The spectrum analysis and calibration method comprises following steps: 1, nitrogen optimal spectral analysis parameters are determined; 2, casting sample piece preparation technology is adopted so as to obtain spectral curve standard samples with nitrogen content ranges in a gradient manner from 5 to 100ppm; 3, element curve analysis calibration technology is adopted so as to obtain a nitrogen element calibration curve; 4, spectrum method and thermal conductivity method are adopted, new nitrogen element standard samples with the same composition are used for analysis and comparison so as to realize quality montoring and calibration of the accuracy of the results of nitrogen element spectrum analysis.
