Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method and device for screening high-throughput plant drought resistance mutants. The method comprises the following steps: (1) carrying out drought treatment on plant drought resistance mutants with different drought-resistant degrees, and establishing modeling samples; (2) carrying out dark adaptation on the modeling samples, respectively collecting chlorophyll fluorescence images and RGB images of the modeling samples, preprocessing the chlorophyll fluorescence images and the RGB images, and calculating characteristic values; (3) establishing a mutant drought-resistant degree judgment model by taking the calculated characteristic values as an input variable and the known drought-resistant degrees of the modeling samples as an output variable; and (4) carrying out drought treatment on to-be-screened plants, collecting the chlorophyll fluorescence images and the RGB images, extracting the characteristic values, and substituting the characteristic values into the mutant drought-resis
