The mechanical high-temperature-resistant coating is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 5-10 parts of butyl etherified urea resin, 2-6 parts of epoxy resin, 3-5 parts of vinylidene chloride, 1-3 parts of calcium carbonate, 4-7 parts of glass powder, 5-9 parts of styrene, 3-6 parts of hollow ceramic powder, 2-5 parts of water glass, 6-9 parts of bentonite and 15-20 parts of deionized water. The mechanical high-temperature-resistant coating provided by the invention has the beneficial effects that the caking property is still good when the mechanical high-temperature-resistant coating is in the sun for a long time or in a high temperature environment, and the operation safety of a mechanical part under a high temperature condition is guaranteed.
