The method comprises the steps of acquiring state information of a home appliance and working data generated in working of the home appliance; analyzing the state information and the working data; and sending an analysis result to a designated client. In related technologies, related information of the home appliance cannot be analyzed and processed, and further no analysis result is produced and sent to the client. Through adoption of the analyzing and processing method, apparatus and system, the problem in the related technologies is solved.
