The invention discloses a method for a sand table making and recording during a psychological therapy process. The method mainly comprises the steps of corresponding the actual size of a sandplay tool to the drawing size on recording software, marking actions occurred on a sandbox on the pattern center of the recording software through Arabic numbers to indicate the sequence of actions or the sequence of placing sandplaying tools, using solid lines to show the placed sandplaying tools and using dotted lines to show the sandplaying tool placing actions, and recording the sequence number, time and remarks of actions occurred on the sandbox, thereby overcoming the defect of complex and tedious recording process for making a sand table in the prior art. 本发明公开了种心理治疗过程沙盘制作记录方法，由于主要包括：根据沙具的实际大小对应其在记录软件上的绘图大小；将在沙箱上发生的动作在记录软件上图形中央标出阿拉伯数字表示动作或者摆放沙具的顺序；用实线表示摆放的沙具，用虚线表示沙具的摆放动作；对发生在沙箱上的动作的顺序号、时间及备注进行记录；从而克服现有技术中沙盘制作过程记录过程繁琐复杂的缺陷。
