Zusammenfassung: | A PCB photoelectric image obtaining and pre-treating method including the steps of allowing a conveyor belt to rotate at a uniform speed when driven by a high-precision step servo motor system, the conveyor belt driving a PCB to conduct high-precision uniform-speed linear motion under the friction force effect, distributing a one-dimensional linear array CCD formed by a plurality of CCDs along the width direction of the PCB, fixing a high brightness linear light source above the PCB along the width direction to irradiate partial PCB right below the CCD, and an image acquisition card in a PC acquiring partial PCB photoelectric images taken by the linear array CCD to obtain a PCB photoelectric image of a complete area. Since an algorithm combing removing gray redundance (RGR) and gray transformation (GT) is employed, the non-redundant gray level of an image is maintained, and the details of the image are clear and distinct.
