A testing machine comprises a rack (1), a hydraulic loading system (5), a hydraulic oil supply system (6), a slide rail (2) and a power device (7). The needle roller bearing life test method with the rotatable outer ring can realize that a plurality of test pieces are clamped at one time and can perform the needle roller bearing life test under different contact loads so as to shorten the test period and reduce the cost. Two bearing test pieces are installed at two sides of the same guide wheel and have the opposite loading directions, and the force of the guide wheel is mutually offset so as to reduce the load of the rotating shaft which drives the guide wheel and improve the fatigue life of the testing machine. 本发明公开了种外圈旋转的滚轮滚针轴承寿命试验方法,试验机包括机架(1)、液压加载系统(5)、液压供油系统(6)、滑动导轨(2)、动力装置(7),本发明的试验方法可以实现次装夹多个试验件,在不同的接触载荷下同时进行滚轮滚针轴承寿命试验,缩短试验周期,降低成本。两个轴承试验件安装于同个导轮两侧,加载方向相反,导轮的受力相互抵消,可以减小驱动导轮的转轴所受的载荷,提高试验机疲劳寿命。
