The non-coaxial circular grating angle measurement device comprises a grating angle measurement structure. The top part of the external shell of the grating angle measurement structure is flexibly connected with a bidirectional slide rail structure. The bidirectional slide rail structure is connected with the external fixing part of a test rotating table through an external supporting connecting rod and a fixing frame. The grating angle measurement structure comprises a circular grating and a reading head. The bidirectional slide rail structure is composed of two high-precision linear slide rails through vertical and flexible connection.
