Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses an illuminating system and a projecting device. The illuminating system comprises a light source module; and the light source module includes a first excitation light source, a second excitation light source, a color separation element, a wavelength conversion element, a first collimation element and a second collimation element. The first and second excitation light sources respectively provide a first excitation light beam and a second excitation light beam. The color separation element is arranged between the first and second excitation light sources; and the second excitation light beam is transferred to the first excitation light source by the color separation element. The wavelength transfer element is arranged between the first excitation light source and the color separation element for converting the first and second excitation light beams to a wavelength conversion light beam and transferring the wavelength conversion light beam to the color separation element.
