The preparation method of the wear-resistant chrome-molybdenum cast iron comprises the steps of material mixing, preheating, smelting, rapid on-the-spot sample analysis, final deoxidation, inoculation and pouring. The preparation method of the wear-resistant chrome-molybdenum cast iron is simple in technology, and the structure can be significantly refined through straight control over the addition of chrome and molybdenum; and the mechanical strength, the wear resistance, the heat resistance and other comprehensive performance of the wear-resistant chrome-molybdenum cast iron can be improved, the mechanical performance of the wear-resistant chrome-molybd
