Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a processing process for strong-flavor peanut oil with low aflatoxin content, belonging to the technical field of fine processing of peanut oil. The processing process comprises the following steps: removing peels of groundnut kernels, and rolling to form an embryo piece; and sequentially carrying out baking, extrusion expansion, low-temperature squeezing, acid pickling, filtration, degumming and vacuum deodorization, so as to obtain the strong-flavor peanut oil. The processing process has the advantages that the peanut oil is strong in fragrance, long in guarantee period and low in aflatoxin content.
