Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a production technology of modified dibasic lead phosphite. The production technology comprises the steps of 1, mixing and stirring 85-95 parts by weight of yellow lead and 0.2-0.5 part of acetic acid for 30 min; 2, adding water into 1.2-1.6 parts of stearic acid, increasing the temperature, then slowly dropwise adding sodium hydroxide into the stearic acid solution, and carrying out a stirring reaction in an environment at the temperature of 70-80 DEGC for 40 min; 3, slowing adding 0.8-1.2 parts of cyanuric acid and 7-11 parts of phosphorous acid into a mixed material; 4, adding the mixer obtained in the step 2 into the mixed material obtained in the step 3, and then adding 0.9-1.1 parts of ultraviolet light absorber and 0.2-0.4 part of magnesium hydroxide to be subjected to a stirring reaction for 10 min; 5, conducting filter pressing, drying, dust removal and packaging on the mixed material obtained in the step 4, so that the modified dibasic lead phosphite is obtained.
