The novel biomass pellet fuel warehousing device system comprises a lifting device, a foundation, and a warehouse body which is arranged on the foundation, wherein a material inlet is formed in the top end of the warehouse body; a warehousing conveyor is arranged between the lifting device and the warehouse body; a material guide layer is arranged on the upper surface of the foundation; a plurality of flowing guide grooves are formed in the upper surface of the material guide layer, and the inner side surfaces of the flowing guide grooves are inclined surfaces; a dispersing machine is arranged on the inner side surface of at least one of the plurality of flowing guide grooves; a discharging port is formed in the bottom surface of each flowing guide groove; ventilating boxes are arranged on the upper surface of the material guide layer, and inlets of the ventilating boxes are connected with outputs of draught fans.
