Wireless interference testing method and system

The wireless interference testing method comprises the steps of enabling a device to be tested to transmit data signals to a receiving terminal through wireless communication; acquiring a channel used by wireless communication of the device to be tested; enabling one or more interference devices to give out interference signals sequentially; and successively detecting the packet loss rate of data signal transmission. According to the invention, controllable interference is applied in a wireless test, so that the test cost can be reduced, and the efficiency can be improved.
