The broadband 2ASK signal generating circuit comprises a core processor, a voltage-controlled oscillation circuit, a differentiating circuit, a NOT gate shaping circuit, a driving signal generating circuit, a power amplifier circuit, a coupling circuit, and an underwater acoustic transducer. By adopting a voltage-controlled oscillation and analog signal processing technology, under a condition of not changing a structure and a driving capacity of a driving signal generating circuit, frequency conversion of an underwater acoustic 2ASK signal in a broadband is realized by adjusting synchronizing signal frequency, and a hardware foundation is provided for the dynamic spectrum access technology of the cognitive underwater acoustic communication system.
