Touch panel and manufacture method for same

A touch panel comprises a baseplate, a touch electrode layer, a virtual electrode layer, a shielding layer and a conducting circuit layer, wherein the baseplate comprises a visual area and a non-visual area; the touch electrode layer is disposed in the visual area of the baseplate and extends to a part of the non-visual area; the virtual electrode layer is disposed on the non-visual area of the baseplate, and the virtual electrode layer and the touch electrode layer are jointly disposed on the same side of the baseplate; the virtual electrode layer and the touch electrode layer are disposed in a spaced and mutually electronic insulated manner; the shielding layer is disposed in the non-visual area, covers the virtual electrode layer and extends and covers a part of the touch electrode layer; multiple through holes are formed in the shielding layer; the conducting circuit layer is disposed on the shielding layer; and the conducting circuit layer is electrically connected to the touch electrode layer by the mul
