The compound bacterium for preventing and treating tobacco phytophthora is mainly prepared from the following bacteria: streptomyces microflavus, photosynthetic bacteria, nitrobacteria, nitrogen-fixing bacteria, phosphate-releasing bacteria and potassium-releasing bacteria. Streptomyces microflavus is selected as antagonistic bacteria and photosynthetic bacteria, nitrobacteria, nitrogen-fixing bacteria, phosphate-releasing bacteria and potassium-releasing bacteria are selected as nutritional functional bacteria, so that the compound bacterium for preventing and treating tobacco phytophthora, provided by the invention, has a certain antagonistic effect to the pathogenic bacteria of the tobacco phytophthora and can effectively prevent the harm of the tobacco phytophthora.
