The invention provides equipment for extracting hydrophobic humic acid in a water body. The equipment comprises a raw water supply unit, a pretreatment unit, a nanofiltration and concentration unit, a pH value regulating unit, an organic matter extraction unit, a first water tank, a main control system, a second water tank, an automatic pH value regulating unit and a humic acid extraction unit. The humic acid extraction unit comprises a second elution device, a liquid storage device, a filter and a vacuum pump. An inlet of the filter is connected with an outlet of the second water tank and an outlet of the second elution device. An outlet of the filter is connected with an inlet of the liquid storage device. The humic acid is separated from other dissolvable organic matters through filtering membrane filtration in the humic acid extraction unit, and is subjected to elution and purification by the elution device, and accordingly, the humic acid with high concentration is extracted.
