Serial port debugging apparatus and methods

The present invention discloses a serial port debugging apparatus and methods. The serial port debugging apparatus is disposed in a debugged device, and is used for connecting with a debugging device so as to output a debugging signal to the debugging device. The serial port debugging apparatus comprises a universal asynchronous receiver/transmitter disposed on the debugged device and an audio jack. The universal asynchronous receiver/transmitter is connected with the audio jack so as to output the debugging signal through the audio jack.
