Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a rotation device of biological detection. The rotation device comprises a left clamping piece and a right clamping piece; the left clamping piece and the right clamping piece has a weight density, which is 50% of the weight density of a biological detection sheet; the left clamping piece and the right clamping piece are both a half round plate of a rotation disc, are overlapped, and sleeve on a motor rotation shaft; an upper clamping piece sleeves on a rotation shaft; the rotation disc, the left clamping piece, and the right clamping piece are fixed on the rotation shaft, which rotates along with the rotation disc; a reset device applies an force on the lateral sides of the left clamping piece and the right clamping piece so as to close the other sides; the lateral sides of the left clamping piece and the right clamping piece are opened to form a fixed groove area so as to clamp a biological detection piece, and an overlap area is formed in the opposite angle of the fixed groove area.
