Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an aged tobacco leaf surface microorganism metagenome sequencing and identification method. Microbial community structures of different varieties, production places, time and grades of flue-cured tobacco are analyzed through a high-throughput genome sequencing technology based on the relationships between varieties and the quantity of microorganisms and varieties, production places, time, grades and fermentation conditions of the flue-cured tobacco, and a high-quality tobacco leaf surface microbial community structural drawing is drawn. The method for identification of tobacco leaf surface microorganisms through a metagenome sequencing technology is used for subjecting the surface microorganisms of three representative tobacco leaf samples produced in Xuanwei to OTU cluster analysis and species annotation so as to obtain microorganism diversity information.
