Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for hydrolyzing straws by recoverable nanometer magnetic immobilized enzymes. The method includes adding a 0.1 mol/L buffer solution into pretreated straws for hydrolysis reaction to produce a solid-liquid mixture with a solid-liquid ratio of 1:3-1:20, wherein a pH value of the solid-liquid mixture ranges from 4 to 6; adding cellulase into the solid-liquid mixture, wherein the addition amount of the cellulase with the activity of 1-100 IU/g accounts for 0.1-0.5% of dry weight of the straws; conducting hydrolysis reaction for 24-72 hours at 40-60 DEG C so as to obtain a hydrolysis reaction solution.
