Antibacterial packaging film material and preparation method thereof

The invention provides an antibacterial packaging film material and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing and stirring chitosan, acetic acid and deionized water; (2) mixing and stirring zein, hydroxyethyl cellulose, absolute ethyl alcohol and deionized water; (3) mixing two solutions obtained in the above steps; adding beta-cyclodextrin, sodium alginate, sodium caseinate, illicium verum essential oil, thyme essential oil, cassia oil, sodium stearyl fumarate and phosphatidylcholine; stirring by a magnetic stirring machine at the rotating speed of 250 to 300 r/min; (4) adding epoxidized soybean oil; continuously stirring for 30 to 60 minutes; then, performing degasification treatment; (5) casting prepared liquid onto a plastic flat plate; drying at the temperature of 55 to 66 DEG C, thus obtaining the antibacterial packaging film material.
