The preparation method includes: taking polyglycollide, polyether triols and polyvinylpyrrolidone as main components; adding polyethylene glycol fatty acid ester, polyvinyl acetate, methyl parahydroxybenzoate, 2-thiol benzimidazole, 4,5-epoxy tetrahydro diisooctyl phthalate, collagen, D-glucosamine hydrochloride, glass fibers,, magnesium carbonate, silicon dioxide, tannin, a dispersing agent and a stabilizing agent; performing processes of mixing, high-temperature sintering, crushing, high-pressure calcining, acid leaching, ultrasonic dispersion, screw extrusion, injection molding and the like to obtain the degradable biological material. The degradable biological material for the medical infusion bags is excellent in biodegradability, high in physical strength and capable of meeting industrial requirements, thereby having a great application prospect.
