Complex type stabilizer composition and modified polymer material

The invention relates to a complex type stabilizer composition. The complex type stabilizer composition contains one phosphoric organic antioxidant selected from at least one of antioxidants represented by chemical formulae (1 to 8) and sulfur-bearing carboxylate represented by a chemical formula 9, wherein the chemical formulae (1 to 9) are shown in claims and the description for details. The invention also provides a modified polymer material which contains an organic polymer substrate and the complex type stabilizer composition.
