According to the synthesis method, triallylcarbinol serving as a raw material is subjected to ozonization, reduction, condensation, dehydrogenation acetylation, nitrolysis and the like to finally synthesize the 2,4,9-trinitro-2,4,9-triaza-7-adamantanol nitrate. Polynitrohexaazaadamantane and aza-adamantane nitrate prepared by the method have the advantages of symmetrical structures, high density, superior explosion performance, low sensitivity and the like; the 2,4,9-trinitro-2,4,9-triaza-7-adamantanol nitrate can be widely applied to the fields of explosives, propellants, pyrotechnic compounds, fuel and the like.
