ELEVATING AND DESENDING DEVICE FOR A BARGE HAVING LEGPIPES EASILY LIFTED

The present invention relates to a lifting device for a barge having leg pipes easily lifted, capable of easily lifting a leg pipe up and down by including a footing to be easily lifted.
