The filter device further comprises a graphite sealing ring which is wholly of a circular ring shape, wherein the outer side of the end surface of the special-shaped end of the filter element is provided with a concave table, the inner side circumferential surface of the end surface of the special-shaped end of the filter element is inclined, the graphite sealing ring is arranged on the concave table in a sleeving mode, so that the inner side surface of the graphite sealing ring abuts against the inner side circumferential surface of the end surface of the special-shaped end of the filter element; a filter element base which is of a columnar shape, wherein the first end is inserted into the holes of the tube plate and abuts against the upper part of the graphite sealing ri
