Zusammenfassung:	The purpose of the present invention is to decrease a space where a power supply cable for an in-wheel motor swings while a simple structure is kept. A knuckle (5) for turning and steering a tire (1) is provided with an in-wheel motor (4) and a third link (10). The third link (10) has, as a virtual king pin axis (6), an axis penetrating a knuckle side junction (10a) with the knuckle (5).
