Incoming call blocking method and apparatus

The main object of the invention is to provide an incoming call blocking method and apparatus in order to solve the problem of poor blocking effect of nuisance calls due to incoming call blocking based on telephone numbers in the prior art. The incoming call blocking method includes: connecting a call of a calling party before a called party receives a call preparation ringtone; receiving voice of the calling party, and obtaining a phonetic characteristic of the voice; comparing the phonetic characteristic with a pre-stored phonetic characteristic, and determining whether the calling party is a blocked object; if yes, disconnecting the call; and if not, making the phone ring. According to the scheme, the blocking effect of the nuisance calls is effectively improved. 本发明的主要目的在于提供种来电拦截方法及装置，用以解决现有技术仅根据电话号码进行来电拦截导致骚扰电话拦截效果较差的问题。其中，来电拦截方法包括：在被叫方接收到呼叫准备响铃之前，接通与主叫方的通话；接收主叫方的语音，获取语音的语音特征；将语音特征与预先存储的语音特征进行比较，判断主叫方是否是拦截对象；如果是，则断开当前通话，如果否，则响铃，该方案有效改善了对骚扰电话的拦截效果。
