Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a polymer composition and a heat shrinkable article which is for instance used as electrically insulating tubing. A polymer composition according to the present invention comprises a blend of a polyester based thermoplastic elastomer, and an ethylene acrylic elastomer. Further, the formulation comprises an organic phosphorus based flame retardant.
