Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to application of antigen protein Rv3793 of mycobacterium tuberculosis and T-cell epitope peptide thereof to the preparation of a tuberculosis detecting reagent, a vaccine and a medicine. The epitope peptide is selected from P1, P10, P12 and P13; the amino acid sequences of the epitope peptide are as shown by SEQ ID NO: 1 to SEQ ID NO: 4 respectively. According to the application of the antigen protein Rv3793 of the mycobacterium tuberculosis and the T-cell epitope peptide thereof, the antigen protein Rv3793 of the mycobacterium tuberculosis and the T-cell epitope peptide thereof are utilized as excitants and are used for immunological reaction of specific T cell and B cell, which are caused by the infection by the mycobacterium tuberculosis; in comparison with that a complete antigen is adopted before, the false positive caused as the antigen is impure can be decreased.
