The invention relates to application of antigen protein Rv3793 of mycobacterium tuberculosis and T-cell epitope peptide thereof to the preparation of a tuberculosis detecting reagent, a vaccine and a medicine. The epitope peptide is selected from P1, P10, P12 and P13; the amino acid sequences of the epitope peptide are as shown by SEQ ID NO: 1 to SEQ ID NO: 4 respectively.
