The method comprises a PDMS (polydimethylsiloxane) channel, mixed electrodes and a glass substrate, wherein the PDMS channel is made of a PDMS material and comprises support parts on the two sides and a connecting part, the connecting part is fixedly connected with the top ends of the two support parts, the bottom ends of the two support parts are separately fixedly connected with the top surface of the glass substrate, a dust channel is formed between the PDMS channel and the glass substrate, the mixed electrodes are located in the support parts and penetrate the support parts, and one end of each mixed electrode faces the dust channel.
