Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method for measuring height of a wireless base station tower. The method comprises following steps: horizontal distance D between an observation point and the tower is measured by a distance meter, height of the distance meter away from the ground is H1; an elevation angle alpha between the observation point and the top end of the tower is measured by the distance meter; vertical distance H2 between the observation point and the top end of the tower is calculated according to a formula as follows: H2=D*tanalpha; height H of the tower is calculated according to a formula as follows: H=H1+H2.
